When you go to the shipping tab on a listing that offers multiple shipping options, the service displayed on the delivery estimate column is duplicating the name of the first service. The dates are accurately reflecting the different services; it appears to be a display issue with the service name. See below screenshots and note the difference in service names between the Service and Delivery columns:
