Shipping Rate Tables are Not Working (they have become de-activated)

I am waking up this morning to heavy items selling with free shipping, previously listed with a shipping rate table ... the shipping rate tables have become "unchecked" and editing the listing is not correcting the problem.

There is no way to "check" a shipping rate table.

I just received a Sale to Hawaii and I have to EAT $55 in shipping charges because the RATE TABLE IS STILL NOT WORKING!

Ebay just lost revenue on that $55...so why aren't they addressing this??

I am having a similar problem. I went to change the weight on the item and when I clicked save, it changed back from regular priority mail to small flat rate envelope. Then when I changed back to regular priority mail and went to purchase and print it now shows I bought a regional A box which the customer is out of range.

I've had to break down and bulk edit all of my listings for items over 2 pounds to calculated shipping as I cannot continue to eat the cost of this massive eBay error. So far, it is a decent interim fix since we aren't getting any updates from eBay about the issue.

This is just another example of Ebay not caring about its sellers!

Open technical issue tickets and no updates.

No response in over 3 weeks.

Is this Ebay's way of telling sellers they don't want us to charge additional ship fees to long-range territories?

The Rate Tables ARE NOW WORKING !!!  I just revised a few listings and the Check Box is remaining checked!!

Also...you have to go and update any listings that the check box became unchecked. They will not fix themselves. 😞
