Shipping Policies Changing On Their Own

Careful when listing today, I use flat rate shipping and when trying to list it is automatically changing to a generic shipping policy.

Same here.  Keeps changing on its own to whatever it decides.  weird.

It's not just international it is domestic also

I was assuming the Standard International Shipping referred to the eBay International Standard Delivery -- but maybe not. I had originally set up my shipping policy for low-cost items to give Canada customers two flat-rate options (going from memory since eBay changed it):

1. First Class Mail International Letter -- $2.25
2. eBay International Standard Delivery -- $15.00

And then after eBay made changes in last couple weeks, it became:

1. (blank) -- $2.25
2. Standard International Delivery -- $15.00

And Canadian customers were only presented with the $15 option on the actual listings.
