Shipping Options Just Disappeared?

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

eBay: Stop trying to Apple-ify / Simplify all your stuff! Just let it be plain, ugly, but FUNCTIONAL. Stop trying to make it look 'sleek' and 'user-friendly'. Just make the dang stuff work and have the stuff we need to change right there. Stop hiding it behind drop down menus and switches and other crap. Just make it fast to edit, not this 'fancy looking' garbage.

I also have the same problem after getting home from work. It means I cannot list ANYTHING today because it may be purchased by someone with the incorrect or no shipping cost at all. Since I cannot edit it or put in weight I am not going to risk it because I have no idea what the broken system thinks is "normal" for it to autochoose

The same happened to me. I cannot put nothing for shipping either.

it won't take 48 hours they can roll back whatever change was made within a few hours

Just wanted to say, prior to your screenshot I hadn't been able to confirm if this affected sellers that were not using Business Policies, but it appears it is.  Thanks for posting that!

I'm also affected by this.  Was working earlier this morning.  New and existing listings are not showing the package dimensions and weight.  

Waiting patiently to list....

Trying to list today and the options for weight size carrier have all disappeared.  Hopefully someone at eBay will notice that the listing totals are way down and do something about. Fingers crossed.

I am having this problem as well.  Can do it on phone but not on laptop.  @devon I think is the helper?  Need eBay to step in please!

@natoman777  Same here. My workaround is to use the App on the phone. This problem only seems to be impacting the PC for me.

Just checked an item I had relisted with a different method of shipping from the original listing and it was not changed. Still listed as Priority and not the new, less expensive choice. Better check anything you have relisted and thought you have changed while this problem is going on.

I am having the same issues with a new listing and even revising a listing. Weight/Dimensions and services are gone. The place to enter this information. I hope this isn't effecting potential sales. I contacted customer service and they did't mention that ebay was having this issue but they promised to contact technoical support to resolve the issue. Nice Going Tech Nerds!!
