Shipping Options Just Disappeared?

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

This likely has something to do with the "new" Simple Delivery option which has just shown up with no explanation of what it is or what it does.  I would assume this latest "improvement" will cause untold problems until it's fixed or totally abandoned, whichever comes first.

Also tried to revise an existing listing and again no shipping options are listed. Was a setting changed without my input?

same here .. it is - Thursday / Happy Update Day on eBay .. will probably just keep creating listings and add shipping when problem is cleared...

My shipping polices are still there but I can't enter package weight and dimensions.

same issue when revising, relisting, or creating,,,,there is no shipping options etc...cmon ebay this is inexcusable ...can't do anything with current or new inventory...............ebay confirmed ongoing tech issue today with this.

This has been happening to me intermittently for the last few hours as well. When I try to create a new listing, the boxes to enter weight and dimensions under the shipping section don’t appear at all. If I try to publish the listing anyway, it throws an error saying weight is missing.

Earlier today, I was able to work around it by saving the listing as a draft and then resuming it — the fields would usually show up after that. But that trick no longer works either.

For context, I use shipping policies (Ground Advantage is my default), in case that has anything to do with it.

Definitely seems like a sitewide bug. Hope eBay is aware and working on a fix.

I was having the same issue, it cleared up a while ago, and then I just tried now and it's back.  I did contact eBay Customer Service and report it, but no more info yet.

Same problem. Can't enter weight/dimensions, etc. Logged out, and back in, and same problem. So obviously a glitch on Ebay's end. I was hoping to get my Friday listings done early today, lol (9-4). I don't have this simple delivery option others are writing about, so not sure what the issue is.  Is there still a Known Issues page...I haven't checked that for a long time, so not sure if it's still there.

Came here to see if I was alone... clearly, I'm not! lol  My guess is they are trying to 'update' the shipping section of listings.  Programmers might want to do this stuff in the middle of the night though, at least not as many people likely listing items then.

the rep I just spoke to was not aware of the issue but they are creating a ticket for me, so well see how fast this gets resolved everything was working fine a couple hours ago
