Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

I'm having the same problem. I can select a Shipping Policy, but there's nowhere to enter weight/dimensions.

If you use the bulk revise/edit tool you can then select your listings individually and use the 'bulk edit' option to change the package details for each. Appears to still work.

We were told this is a known tech issue today and they are trying to resolve it, or so they say.

Same problem, and the weights have also disappeared off of my scheduled listings.

same problem for me - 2 ads shipping weight was available. Now trying to write another and have rewritten twice with no luck.

Having the same issue. I also checked existing listings and if you try to revise something the shipping field is also blank. Looks like another job justification exercise from the eBay techies - ie fixing something that’s not broken.

Just had a chat with customer service about it, and they are aware of the technical issue and "rigorously" working to fix it. They said within 48 hours it will be fixed, which is really not acceptable. I'm hoping much sooner than that.

Below, I copied and pasted what is literally the only thing showing up under Shipping when I try to complete my listing. No weight or dimensions options, no carrier choices. I appreciate others posting that it is also happening to them and what they know. I'll check back another time to see if it's fixed.

"Within 48 hours" puts us into the weekend, so I'd guess this won't be fixed until next week at the earliest.

Wouldn't it be great if someonr from ebay would just show us a little courtesy by coming on here and saying "yes, we are aware of it, we are working to fix it asap." Instead, like the last 10 glitches, just silence from tech support. **bleep**?

It is happening to me on my PC - so I have to list on the PC and then go into my cell app and revise and add the shipping. UGH!!! MORE time used up...

Same here, not sure what is happening other than that they are working on something and it created a glitch?
