I listed three items today. One sold within 30 minutes. After I accepted offer, I noticed the payment I received in my PayPal account did not include shipping. I opened the item and it said FREE SHIPPING. I never do free shipping! But I honored it wanting to uphold my reputation and then I looked at my other two items. On my seller page, it showed "+shipping", but when I clicked on the item, it showed FREE SHIPPING. I corrected them, but lost out on almost $10.00 on the sold item. Did this happen to anyone else today?

YES!! I noticed the problem before listing items, but every listing goes automatically to free shipping. When I try to put in items weight , the shipping calculator isnt working. My only option was to set a flat shipping rate. VERY frustrating. Also surprising I haven't seen any other complaints about this issue until yours

This keeps happening to me... It's extremely frustrating. Especially since I sold a 30lb item that it switched to free shipping on. I have to call today and figure something out.

I listed a few more items and it did the same thing, 'no service available'. I clicked on 'choose a service' and, once I picked one, it did calculate the shipping... but said 'you pay...' I've been very careful to change that to buyer pays each time.
Thanks for the responses. I know now that EBAY must have changed something in their programming. Hopefully, they will fix it. In the meantime, we all have to be careful.

YIKES!! If it didn't sell yet, you can change it. If it did, I hope they reimburse you 🐵

That's exactly why I'm here right now. Not only is it making my listings "free shipping", it is making them "Best offer". Infuriates me. I've had to go through my entire store and change them all.
It's sneaky and it's no way to do business. I don't like being tricked into anything.

People have been telling me when they check out it tells them I don't combine shipping, and I do. I can't figure out what to do.
