For the past 3 weeks, I've listed items for sale, with the ability to ship with FedEx or allow the buyer to come and pick up the items themselves. Usually I'm NOT able to click the checkbox 'offer local pickup', if I have a shipping delivery option available.
I got a message from a user with 0 feedback asking me if local pick up was the only option. I responded and told them delivery was an additional option. I didn't think much of the question, because the user had 0 feedback.
I paste the item URL link in a different browser that I'm not logged in to, and voila: only 'local pick up' is displayed.
This is a major blunder on eBay's part, IMO.
I'll be sure to contact the user back and offer at least a $10 'discount' for saving me potential months of making a fool out of myself.
Also there's another bug:
When I select FedEx smart post and UPS [normal ground service], only UPS' shipping service displays, forcing the buyer to essentially pay more for shipping. I have to select FedEx home delivery.
