Today, 10/17/25 the shipping changed on all my 188 listings from ground advantage, to showing a message, please ask seller for a shipping quote. When I go into revise, it still shows ground advantage chosen, so there is nothing I can change. When looking at my listings as a buyer, they are seeing ask seller for a shipping quote. Why is this happening? Is anyone else seeing this?

You might be onto something with that. We just checked a couple of listings that dropped USPS options and the dimensions we sent to eBay had decimals. We checked a couple that kept their shipping options and we had uploaded dimensions without decimals. We will check more listings to confirm, but this appears to be a rookie coding error.

We have confirmed what the issue is. Thank you stainlessenginecovers for your suggestion. We went into some listings that lost their USPS options and rounded the size and dimensions up to the next whole number and saved, then all of our USPS options came back. OMG! Thanks eBay. Please fix this asap so we can take care of our customers and start selling again.

I have been on the phone with several representatives all afternoon because the same thing happened to me. As of this moment I was told that IT has been made aware of my issue and it could take about 72 to fix. I highly recommend you to contact eBay by phone and report your issue.

Thanks cyns_vins. I called and had them open a ticket this morning when we first discovered something was wrong, that's when our inbox became flooded with messages from buyers. I was told by the CS rep that they hadn't seen any other reports of it yet so I came to the community to see if any other sellers had the same problem. Luckily I found this thread which gave me confidence that it was eBay's issue.

True, if you think it's a minor issue and it is not pressing, then you could wait it out and hope that enough sellers will report it, then wait for a fix. But in a case like this where it can have major consequences to your business of selling, if everyone ignores it, how will eBay know they have a problem they need to fix.
I called and the CS rep was very friendly, and easy to understand, and she was able to replicate the issue on her end looking at my listings from both the customer's and my perspective. When it was obvious to her that something was not right, she immediately contacted technical support, while I was on hold, and opened a ticket.

Looking at a few of my listings, they do appear to be resolved and the shipping shows. Hopefully all is back to the way it should be. Thank you!
