Today, 10/17/25 the shipping changed on all my 188 listings from ground advantage, to showing a message, please ask seller for a shipping quote. When I go into revise, it still shows ground advantage chosen, so there is nothing I can change. When looking at my listings as a buyer, they are seeing ask seller for a shipping quote. Why is this happening? Is anyone else seeing this?

Hey @sarahkallsen1! An update from the Shipping team is that the issue you shared is now resolved.

We are experiencing the same issue, but we also offer Free Local Pickup. We have thousands of listings and many of them were listed with shipping options, but now we have hundreds of these listings saying Local Pickup Only. We have buyers that that have won items and now they say they are only offered the Local Pickup option so this is a huge glitch. We are getting inundated with messages from buyers asking what is going on. I hope eBay technicians are on this and fix it fast!

Do you list your items with a 3rd party tool or are you listing manually on eBay? Did you create a shipping template under business policies? Interested to hear if you are listing the same method we use.

What a nightmare! Maybe of everyone turned off selling, Ebay would get on it and fix it!

I list manually on Ebay and list every item the same with ground advantage.

Nightmare indeed! We do not know how to help buyers checkout when they lost their shipping options and are telling them to please be patient while we figure out what to do. I am wondering how much money was lost in potential bids because customers passed up bidding on auctions or buying my fixed price listings because they saw Local Pickup Only. I hope eBay can go back and correct those ended listings to restore their shipping options. For now we are turning off our uploading of new listings until this is resolved.

Just a couple thoughts (I am not having this issue, looked at my items incognito and all show 'GA shipping' with either an amount (I have 3 policies: $4.99, $9.99 and Free Shipping as a 'Business Policy').
Do any of you also offer 'free pickup'??
Could be the glitch is 'putting all items in that policy' or??
Look at your 'business policies'.... what do they show?

Not all sellers are on the same server. Even the Twitter CS agent said it's baffling and couldn't understand why it changed after input of measurements. It's eBay

Ah yes, that makes sense. Some are ok, some not? My guess is ALL glitches always get fixed/work their way out within 24 hours. I've seen 100's of them and they all get 'fixed' fairly soon.

We offer Local Pickup. We have created business policies for our shipping and when we go to revise the listing it shows the proper business policy for shipping is selected. The policy offers standard (USPS GA) and expedited (USPS Priority Mail) options. Our Local Pickup option is toggled on. It's as if eBay stripped away our shipping options other than Local Pickup. We do upload size and dimensions on every item we are selling and use calculated shipping, so possibly something is messed up and disqualifying the shipping options but not warning us and letting the listings go live without them. Do any of you that are affected also use shipping calculated by customer's zip code and upload dimensions and weight? We just narrowed it down to a problem with USPS options. All our business policies that had both UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping options have had their USPS options taken away online.

Yes USPS until I input measurements. Then it changes to UPS.
