I am just coming back off Time-Away. Now I am clicking on my Manage orders awaiting shipment. I am seeing Ship By date's of 20 June 2022. This should not be as USPS observing Juneteenth Monday, post offices closed June 20, 2022. This should have been taken into consideration when the mailing date were set/adjusted for (Orders Awaiting Shippment). This could affect some sellers, Sellers Dashboards and cause eBay to spend more time adjusting later down the road. I called Customer Service and they said can't you just mail your items sooner? You should call your customers and let them know, that there is a holiday and it will be sent later and they will understand. Why is the responsibility always left on the seller??? This is a National Holiday and will effect all your sellers on a National level and should not be left to us/me/the seller to handle. I am sure I can not be the only seller that received a ship by date of 20 June 2022. That is why I placed my store on Time Away and if left a negative feedback it would be taken care of but not this one because we shipped it out late according to the ship date and Customer Service.
