This morning I saw that the banner on the Social page indicating FB and Instagram are unavailable has been removed. I was able to relink my FB page and successfully share several listings. I do not use Instagram, so was not able to test it. 

I hope everyone finds that they are also able to relink their social accounts and successfully share listings.

@mcdougle4248   FINALLY!! I just re-linked to my Facebook page, and the Instagram connection magically reappeared.

For anyone still having trouble with this, here's what finally worked for me today: Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools and remove the eBay Social App. Then go back to the eBay store Social page and click "Link" next to Facebook. This restored my ability to post from eBay. Good luck!
