When I try and enter my email address & password on the App & then go to reset my password, I get a message saying 'Technical difficulties, please try again later'. This has been going on for weeks. I have uninstalled & reinstated the app but I still can't reset my password.

What version number of the app are you using? And what version operating system?
Old app versions can be erratic. In some cases, you may not be able to install the new version by default. Uninstalling the app, then restarting your device before installing again can help if the problem has to do with a previous install not finishing cleanly (which can prevent future updates).
If you are using an Android phone, an old version of Google Play Services or Google Play Store might prevent you from getting the latest app version.
