Send offers still having issues

This morning it said I had five "send OFFERS to buyers" , when I tried to send the first offer screen went blank, refreshed screen and then all 5 disappeared. an hour later one showed back up to send an offer on. I'm only able to send OFFERS to buyers in 2 2 hour periods throughout the day. most times when I send an offer they wont even show up in the "sent offers" tab.  This all started on the 22 or 23rd of June. Up till then I usually had 5 or more "send offers" when I woke up and many throughout the day. Now its around 5 or 6 a day, but even then when I send the offer it doesn't even show that Ive sent one.

I'm having the same problem as well, after I accept someone's offer, it disappears and doesn't show a sale, I mentioned this yesterday on here.

Ebay keeps it listed till buyer pays, that's a new update.
