I am writing to express my concern regarding the shipment of the book I purchased from you on eBay Order ID:23-11789-06512. Despite waiting for a considerable period, I have not received any confirmation or update on the shipping status.
If I do not receive confirmation of shipment within the next 28 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to eBay's community and support team. I will also request a refund for this order and any other outstanding orders I have placed with you.
I value efficient communication and resolution, and I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

Sorry, but this is a eBay Community discussion board, not your seller's messages. Your seller probably doesn't come to these boards.
If you haven't received the item you purchased you have 30 days from the estimated date of delivery to open an item not received case.
Go into your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will say MORE ACTIONS. Click it to find "I Didn't Receive It".
Your seller has 2 business days to upload tracking into the case or refund, if by the 3rd business day the seller doesn't respond or refund. You can go back to the case to click on ask eBay to step in.
