Seller offer price does not work for 2+ items

I've encountered this more than once and I see it both in the web version and Android app.

Flow:

- Seller has a listing where buyer can specify a quantity of that listing to buy. (example: seller has 10 of a given item, so buyer can choose to buy 1-10 of the listing item during purchase)

- (may or may not be required to reproduce) Seller has the Make offer option enabled for buyers. This option works with being able to select the item count.

- Seller then initiates an offer which goes out to buyer.

- Buyer tries to purchase more than 1 item at the seller offer price.

Result:

- There is no path to accept the seller offer for any count other than exactly 1.

- The Make offer option from the buyer side is gone.

While the seller offer is active, the only options are:

- accept seller offer for exactly 1 item.

- make a counter offer for exactly 1 item from the seller offer flow.

- specify an item count 2+ at the normal price (no way to get the seller offer or make a buyer offer).

There is no flow to either accept the seller offer for 2+ items, or while the seller offer is active to select 2+ items and make any buyer offer (even at the identical price of the seller offer).
