eBay bulk shipping labels not generating 6x4 labels despite selected, get A4 page of labels instead

Is anyone else having this problem - when purchasing bulk shipping labels with print format 6x4 label selected the labels actually generate as a 4-label A4 page? This is a big problem if you have a 6x4 label printer and want to print a batch of labels and process orders with the pick list. The issue first appeared last night and has occurred a second time today.

I contacted eBay CS where 3x representatives suggested the "solution" was to print one label at a time manually from 'Track and manage your packages' page. This is obviously totally inefficient and, in my view, unacceptable. 

As a second problem, I no longer receive email confirmations when buying bulk labels and haven't done for weeks (I only noticed after the above problem cropped up)

Hey @20blue20 this is the .com forum, not the .co.uk forum so while we can offer some general guidance, if you're experiencing a site-specific problem you'd get better responses posting on community.ebay.co.uk.

I'm going to tag @rfmtm to see if they have any advice here as they're great with printer/label issues.

My advice would be to change the label size, but you said you already did that and the system isn't recognizing it.

Any chance you remember what page you were on when you clicked a referral link to the discussion forums or could you check your browser history? A lot of UK posters are being directing to the .com discussion forums. kyle@ebay could use any info you're able to share so he can work on getting that reported and fixed.

Ah my mistake regarding .com forum. I googled the problem I was having and clicked on an ebay community link (which I now see is .com) and then after browsing some other posts made a post from there. I didn't realise there is a separate UK forum! I will post to that

Thanks, appreciate the added info @20blue20. A lot of posters are reporting the same. Seems google.co.uk is prioritizing community.ebay.com links over community.ebay.co.uk links. eBay reps have been escalating to try and get that fixed.

Of course you're welcome here any time, but for site-specific issues the "home" forum tends to be the better option. 🙂

It is not clear why at times some users are having this problem.  The workaround is as follows:

When the bulk print option window opens, close or cancel any print command window that may open.  Then in the upper right of the option window click on Download.  This will be a file with all the labels separated one per page to print from in bulk.  This will also work for the packing slips.
