I've been told that eBay does not have a handle on the "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" metric.
How can this be? This makes the remove defects irrelevant if eBay is just going to penalize no matter what the circumstances. I don't understand why items that have been deleted from the metrics have not been deleted.
