As a Seller it is critical to have as much info when deciding on pricing an item. I searched "eeyore plush" - got the list of actives and then when I filtered to Sold ZERO SHOWED up "No items found". When you add the word "large eeyore plush -hundreds of solds show. I want to see all sold EEYORE PLUSH - I hope this not an update Ebay is making to help Buyers limit number of listings they are shown. I want the choice to refine my searches as a Seller. I have been doing this for 20 years and know I can use the Terapeak tool but lately that has tons of missing info and errors. Anyone else having an issue?

If a search turns up no items -- or too many unrelated items -- try putting one of your search terms in quotes to bypass eBay's "smart search" features:
Use the "Tell us what you think" link to alert eBay developers to problems with the search not returning any results for that original search.

Thank you. Putting in the parentheses worked and brought up hundreds of solds. I still think Ebay needs to have another result when parentheses are not used other than No Results when there are over 400 solds. Thanks again. Diane

You are welcome. Using quotes or exclusions to bypass eBay's "smart search" features is something to try when a search is not behaving correctly, as there are many ways that those features can go wrong.
