Scheduled Time Issue

Is anyone else having trouble with the scheduled time on eBay app? Every time I list at a specific time it automatically changes to another day and time, and won't let me revise the correct time. It has happened before but usually it can be corrected with a revision, but this morning it keeps switching back to another day and time of 12:00 am or similar.

Hi @john_22_orchard . While the app displays in local time, the classic website is in Pacific time.

I see you're on the east coast so you have to adjust back 3 hours if listing on the website.

Are you saying that despite the app displaying local time, the scheduler through the app is adjusting to Pacific time?

Edit to update: I was able to confirm this is an app issue. Anybody not on the west coast will select a time, then when they click save the time converts. So if you enter 8pm on the east coast, when you click save the time displayed changes to 11pm.

eBay needs to update this process on the app. Anybody facing this problem I suggest you shake your phone/tablet while the app is open and file a report.

In the meantime just know you'll have to adjust your scheduled time back X hours, depending on your time zone, to match Pacific time.
