When you try to set a specific listing time to go live it is being changed to much later PM 

I have tried several times and now it will not allow me to fix it 

This has been happening the past few days but after a few tries I was able to correct it

Hey, so I posted the same problem right before you. However I figured out why it happens. So, when I went on my laptop to fix it manually, I noticed that the time is set for Pacific Time and it offers no other time zone. When I list at 9pm eastern time it was pushing up to 12:00am so you have to adjust your time according to Pacific.

Hi @handymanjs1 . Are you listing on the app, mobile website, or classic website?

I looked at your location and you're on the east coast. Scheduled listings are based on Pacific time (eBay HQ in California).

The website clearly shows the time zone, but I haven't checked app and mobile web to see if possibly time zone is missing which is causing your confusion?

Edit to update: I was able to confirm this is an app issue. Anybody not on the west coast will select a time, then when they click save the time converts. So if you enter 8pm on the east coast, when you click save the time displayed changes to 11pm. No time zone is shown on the app.

eBay needs to update this process on the app. Anybody facing this problem I suggest you shake your phone/tablet while the app is open and file a report.

In the meantime just know you'll have to adjust your scheduled time back X hours, depending on your time zone, to match Pacific time.
