My sales have not been reported correctly and still missing sales from my last seven auctions.
I would like to know where my money is, is this a side effect of the new managed payments.
Please help, I have been on eBay almost 10 years and this is my only source of income. I had a stroke and lost my business and almost lost my life 12 years ago and after I made a 90% recovery I came to eBay and after several years of selling a success story wast written about me by Shawna Champion in the office of the presidents, I was so proud to be a part of the eBay family and want to keep feeling like that. I bring hundreds of people in from socially media by links I post to pull them into our sales community. I am so confused and do not know where I stand financially when all the reporting in not reported in real time. I used selling manager for years and it always reported correctly in real time. I do not know in the advanced sales platform how things can be so miss reported and messed up, I thought we where making changes for the better and it has done nothing but convoluted the sale platform.
