I got an alert on my PayPal app this morning that I received payment from someone for one of my items that's listed here on eBay. I've been checking for the past two hours on both my eBay app as well as the desktop site and it still says that item is still for sale on eBay, not that it sold! What the heck?? How am I supposed to ship the item to this person if, according to eBay, it hasn't sold?!? Please figure this out, eBay.... sales have never been lower than in the past 6 months for me, so I need every sale I can get!!!
