Reply with Offer does not work with updated message page

I hit reply with offer and it takes me to the new message page with the option to reply with offer.

Are you saying that in the new message flow when you click the Reply with offer button you go to the same page again with the Reply with offer button?

Or are you saying you had the old format and hit the Reply with offer and you get dumped on to the new message flow with the message and Reply with offer on the message in the Preview pane on the right?
