I thought this was a temporary glitch but my purchase history will not work most of the time and this is VERY frustrating! This has been atleast 2 months. Why is this happening - I cannot be the ONLY person this happens to. This is the message I get: Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.

Are you using the eBay app? If so, try using a browser to view your Purchase History.
Using a desktop browser, try refreshing the page while holding down the shift key.
If you are having problems using a browser, try using a different browser as a test. If the Purchase History loads fine in another browser, try clearing your cache and possibly your eBay cookies from your original browser.
You can also try viewing your purchases in the Order section of your Summary page.
