Purchase history, item description

Why does the purchase history only go back 6 months now? I see no date bar to go further back anymore.

Also why is there no item description showing up at all on items?

At the moment, using a desktop browser I see Purchase History options going back seven years.

In most situations, item listings are removed after ninety days from ending, so descriptions may not be available after that unless the seller is using the "out of stock" feature.
