Feedback not the same on app and desktop

I have been in touch with eBay 3 times regarding this issue and it’s been over a month now and I have heard nothing back regarding the issue? My positive feedback is 446 in the desktop and only 351 on the app? It dropped on the app for some reason about a month ago and it’s not returned back to normal? Please help!

I believe the app is just showing your feedback as a seller, where the desktop is showing all feedback by default.
