Shipping Discounts Not Working

I have a  buy six, get free shipping discount set up through promotions manager. Beginning yesterday, the discount is not being applied to eligible orders.

I have reported the issue to customer service. The CSR that I spoke with verified that the promotion is set up correctly in my account and she was able to replicate the issue on her side.

I've been having the same issue. Losing sales I'm sure and having to refund shipping on eligible transactions every day. It's a huge pain.

I gave up today on waiting for a fix. I ended my shipping discount promotion, set up a promotional shipping rule in shipping preferences, and edited my shipping business policy to apply it to all of my listings. Seems to be working fine now. One drawback with this is there is no banner on listings to let buyers know about the discount.
