@sunset-painter it was strange when I did it, you still have to delete the suggested rate from the box even though once you click in the box it seems like it's blank. Then type in the rate and even though it doesn't show the number as you're typing, click outside of the box once you've put in the number you want and it's there.
Here's a gif of what it looked like when I did it in Chrome, but I totally understand other browsers may be different and/or this may not work for others.

Did you also notice @valueaddedresource the odd formatting issue that popped up a couple days ago where the weight field has misaligned entry boxes?
Point of reference: it's happening in Safari but not Firefox on Mac. I don't have a PC to check.
Didn't bother reporting since it does not affect function; mentioning only to confirm eBay's been making changes to the listing form this week.

Thanks @wastingtime101 ! I didn't notice that but it's not like that for me today so I'm guessing either it didn't impact pc/Chrome or they fixed it along with the ad rate box.
