Promoted rate dialog box broken on listing page

The listing page has apparently been updated as evidenced by the new photos dialog box.  That works, but the dialog box where you input the desired % for your promotion does not allow you to enter a value with one digit (i.e. you can't enter 9% or lower).  I had to list the item without promotion and then change it after the fact.

I only saw it in Safari and it's still not fixed @valueaddedresource - but, like I said, does not affect function so it's a non-issue. Relevant only to show they're tinkering. 😉
