Hi guys, I've been stressing out over the last 3 weeks regarding my listing impressions. I subscribed to a basic eBay store and I put my store on vacation mode (not hiding my listings) on July 16th, since then my promoted listings have tanked as you can see in the screenshot I've attached. I turned off the vacation mode on July 21st and my listings still haven't regained traction. I've tried to play around with the promotion % but nothing has been helping.
-I've tried to end a couple listings to relist them or "sell similar" but still no luck.
-I've deleted my promotion campaigns and recreated new ones, no luck either.
-I spoke with at least 10 support agents that see what I'm talking about but then they reach out to the tech support team and I get a generic email response that gives me no information.
I'm top rated, I have 100% feedback, always ship on time, metrics are great. Ebay is just not promoting my listings anymore, its very strange.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
