Product Research (Terapeak) not updating with sold items

Have been trying a number of searches for popular products for more than 10 hours now - the results returned in the Product Research page under the Seller Hub does not update with any new sold items.

Anyone else seeing this problem? Still isn't updating.

One would not expect the data to be updated in real time and it is not updated in real time.

Ebay has not published how often it is updated. It may or may not be an automated function.

I would expect the update time to be days or weeks.

It's neither of these things - there are no sales showing for the 30th at all. I use the tool daily and while not "real time", showing no sales for 24 hours now is not normal.

It is not working properly for me. Hard to get any results. No solds showing up. Been this way since mid week.

Yep, same here. Terrapeak isn't showing any solds more than 50% of the time.

I havent used it in a month or so, it was fine back then. now not working and found this post. any solutions?

3/7/25, still not showing solds. Please fix this eBay, this tool is needed while sourcing.
