deltasky..........In the Printer and Receipt Preferences you only select the Zebra 2844 format. Where are you seeing "one label per page"?

thevinylpoint........What browser are you using?
Do you see the label preview?

I did that, I set up my printer to zebra 2844 4x6 and didn’t print. I don’t know what’s wrong. I purchase the labels in eBay they’re 4x6 but they’re not dymo brand, does that matter? Or I have to use the dymo shipping labels to print eBay shipping labels??

melesc8084..........You can use generic labels, but buy good USA made approved ones, as some cheap imports cause problems and early print head wear.
Do you see the Label Preview? Did it open in an Adobe window? If not you need to change your browser settings to open PDF files with Adobe, and not its built in reader.
If you do see the label preview, is the Target Printer set to the Dymo? Does the label look correct within the label outline? If not, make sure Size is set to Full/Actual, and Orientation is set to Auto.
Come back with OS and browser you are using. A screen shot of the label preview will also help.

I did everything the top post said to do. Label printed great. However, then the dymo spit out 10 blank labels after. Any ideas? I have checked all of the settings. I selected PDF when printing ebay, should I select png?

This is an old thread and it may have some out of date info. If it gets locked by ebay, you'll need to start a new thread, but I'll help you here as long as the thread is open.
Yes, the PDF format is the correct one to choose, with the proper label size. You also want to check that the proper size is selected in the Dymo Printer Preferences from the Control Panel.
From the PDF print preview window, the correct settings are as follows for USPS labels:
Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”. For the smaller 99019 labels, make sure this box is unchecked.
Preview of the label should be properly shown in the format outline. Print your label. You can reprint a previous label that was created in the last 24 hours and in the correct format for a test.
If still a problem, come back with the OS and browser you are using. A screen shot of the entire preview page will also help.

I am using windows 10 and trying to print my shipping labels using my Dymo Labelwriter 4XL . I have followed all the above suggestions and I am not able to get the label to print properly in the portrait mode. It ends up printing the bottom portion of the label in landscape mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am able to print to my Dymo when I go outside of Ebay and ship through USPS online, so I am completely baffled.

@jlbrlw1765 The information in this old thread is out of date. Also this thread likely will be locked soon and you'll have to start a new one.
Assuming you are printing USPS labels, here is the basic check list:
Make sure your Dymo printer's preferences are set to the correct paper size.
On the new create label page at the bottom left, make sure the current label format is correct (4x6), if not click Change. Note that a label must be created in the correct format from the beginning, you can't change it latter when reprinting.
Make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”.
When the label preview opens, does the label look correct?
What browser are you using? A screen shot of the entire label preview page will also help.
