Tyler - since Tuesday evening, (close to 24 hours ago), I have seen posts here about folks not being able to print out packing slips for orders. I don't see any eBay announcement. This problem still exists - on Seller Hub, orders to ship, and choosing to printing invoices brings up an error message that says there is a system error. The first time it happened to me, it was actually in GERMAN. I shut down the computer and then logged back in. At least the message is now is in English.

Can we get some answers about this? We cannot process orders without this. I think some people are able to go to an individual order and print out a packing slip that way. I get the same error message if I try that. Thanks.

@99doublemc - per another thread, same topic - try clearing cache and restarting your computer and logging back into eBay. That worked for me just now and I was able to print packing slips.

Exactly what I' receiving too...54 orders to pack tonight and cannot do them.

@99doublemc - per another thread, same topic - try clearing cache and restarting your computer and logging back into eBay. That worked for me just now and I was able to print packing slips.

Thanks that worked for me. eBay has a habit of really screwing things up sometimes.

I cleared my chrome cache, closed chrome, reopened chrome and logged back into eBay....good to go now. Or use Edge as your browser...that worked also.

It worked for me last night after I cleared ebay cookies. Then this am it was not working again.

Both on Firefox and Chrome. I ended up using the packing slips you can get from ebay print shipping labels page.

eBay, please fix. This is insane on your part to ignore and fail to acknowledge there is a problem.

I'm glad to know it's not just us. We reported it to eBay, and they originally denied it was a problem. Then, they acknowledged it.

We haven't been able to print invoices for a few days. We get the invoices in various languages, but we can't print them. We finally went to "view order details" and printed that. As I typed this, I received an order and I'm able to print it. Maybe they fixed it.
