Poor customer service from the authenticity dept

Want to share poor customer service that I experienced today late afternoon. I was "assisted" by a woman named Meekah from the Authenticity Team and she was very rude and unprofessional.

 

The first reps I talked to wasn't familiar with authenticity matters (I could tell that he has 0 expertise) so I asked to be transferred.

 

He transferred me to a woman named Meekah (something like that, I may not get the correct spelling) who was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked to talk to the manager/team lead, she sighed and said no supervisor was at work and ebay would call back in 24 hours. What a lie!!!

 

I felt like I didn't want to waste my time and energy dealing with her so I ended the call.

You didn't talk to anyone in any 'authenticity dept' because there isn't anyone at the 'authenticity dept' for anyone to speak to.
