I tried to buy 2 items today, but both times the link to pay via PayPal did not work. PayPal itself was working fine. I will not register my bank details with eBay. So if this isn't resolved I will cancel my eBay account.
I can't see that registering my bank account affects anything if I only buy in future.
No payments are working, bank, debit, or PayPal. It started yesterday, was fixed for a bit, and now its down again. It seems to only be effecting the sellers who have signed up for the new eBay payments.
