Can't list items for sale?

There is a new look to the 'sell an item' page, but it won't load properly on either my PC browser or my phone.  Most of the page appears as blank, and the command buttons are all greyed out.  Is this a technical glitch?

You are in the uK.......probably best to ask on that board to see if there is a generalized problem there.........
