PayPal mistake

Since ebay PayPal only accepted my Goode government debit card 90% of the time I have 2 cancelled purchases I explained to the seller PayPal wouldn't  accept my card on some random purchases and it's not my fault but ebay couldn't wait to put the blame on me and restrict my buying power losing sellers hundreds of dollars and leaving me with mental anguish not understanding why they chose to deny my card 10% of the time and stop me from buying things I want

You need to call your bank and see if they are denying the purchase.
