Pay using PayPal opens to a blank page. Android in browser.

Trying to buy an item. 

Touch pay with PayPal

Normally opens a PayPal screen to authorise,  today just opens a blank page. 

Tried with chrome and opera.

Samsung tab

Android 9

Can log in to PayPal manually ok.

Ended up paying by credit card.
