Pay using PayPal opens to a blank page. Android in browser.

Trying to buy an item. Touch pay with PayPalNormally opens a PayPal screen to authorise, today just opens a blank page. Tried with chrome and opera.Samsung tabAndroid 9Can log in to PayPal manually ok.Ended up paying by credit card.
