Pardon our interruption? eBay thinks I'm a bot?

My partner and I have 2 separate eBay accounts. Since my computer died we've been sharing his. When I try to sign into my account after he's signed out of his, eBay keeps telling me that they think I'm a BOT! "Pardon our interruption. As you were browsing eBay something about your browser made us think you're a bot"

Please fix this mess, I need to access my account to print labels! This has been happening for over a week now!

Rather than signing out and back in, try using a private or incognito browser window to sign in to a different account without signing out of the first account.

 

Or use different browsers for each account and stay signed in to both accounts.

There is a site-wide tech ticket. Anybody running into this can contact CS and ask them to add your account to Alert 14917
