No need to talk to anyone if you are doing a return, the process is simple, provided you are within 30 days of item receipt. go to your purchase list, select the item in question and hit return, enter the reason, not as described, damaged, missing parts, etc. Submit, seller will have 3-4 days to respond, you will be provided a return label, package the goods, put the label and send it. Once buyer receives item, you will get a refund
If seller does not provide a return label within 4 days, ask eBay to step in.
Talking to eBay reps is not necessarily the best suggestion since most of them will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone quickly, but, if you need to, scroll all the way to the bottom of the eBay page, where it says contact, click, another window opens up, scroll all the way to bottom and look for the option to have them call you.
DO NOT, by any means google for eBay's phone #, what comes up is a scammer site that will attempt to "enter" into your account.
Finally, you could at least be a bit more descriptive with your problem, and we can help you.
