I just tried to print out a label using ebay for a sold item, weight 3 pounds, normal dimension box. Although the buyer selected parcel select as the shipping option (and is the option I give to ship my items), it did not appear anywhere as a choice to buy and print the label. This is the first time this ever happened. I changed to "custom package", clicked on "additional options", etc, and it never appeared. I even checked using the app on my phone as well as my computer. I had to choose priority instead, which was roughly the same amount as the buyer paid, but a little more. But I want to know where my parcel select option went!
