Packing Slips are Blank since yesterday.

I print out a Packing Slip with every purchase to include in the package. I use the edit option to add a personal note.  Since yesterday my Packing Slips Previews are totally blank.  I get the edit area when I click on customizing but when I say "done" it looks like it's processing and then all blank.  Printing it out is a blank piece of paper.  Anyone else with this anomaly?  Thanks for any replies.

What browser are you using? Is there any difference if you use another browser?

Thanks, I had forgotten to try that. Works using Chrome. Firefox is giving me more and more problems. 😞

See if you can get Firefox to open PDF files using a PDF reader such as Acrobat reader by default rather than using the less-reliable built-in PDF plug-in.

Yes, I defaulted to Acrobat Reader use in Firefox Options.  I do have to customize my "Personal Note" while still in the blank eBay/Firefox preview but then that will automatically customize Acrobat Reader's preview.  So all is okay....just a little more work for me....so what else is new.

This Print  button for packing slips still doesn't work in 2022. It shows and prints a blank page.

The workaround I found is downloading it (small down arrow on top right of the page window) and printing it as a PDF.

I'm using Mac Monterrey and Safari

I have the same problem still in May, 2022. Using Mac Monterrey and Safari. You'd think ebay makes enough money off the backs of their sellers to test with every browser / OS but I guess that wouldn't leave enough for executive bonuses.

I do a screen shot and crop in one piece of software. Open in a different software and print it.

I'm seeing the same issue using firefox.  Chrome works properly.  Cleared firefox cache and deleted all about:config printer_ settings.  Issue persists.   

"Orders" -> "Print packing slip and more" -> "Print documents" preview shows correct content.  Clicking "Print" button opens new print dialogue with blank preview.  Printing to printer or file outputs blank document.

Using "Download" from previous page saves the correct content to PDF which can then be printed. 

Changing Firefox preferences to open PDF using "default windows application" instead of "Firefox" also works.  For me, the makes the PDF packing slip open in Adobe Acrobat Reader from which I can print as needed.

While it's tempting to blame this on mozilla, other PDF documents do open correctly from the browser.  ebay could fix this compatibility issue.

I had the same problem start yesterday 3.3.23 after a Fire Fox update. Clicking the DOWNLOAD button opens the FF browser PDF plug in and from there I just click print and it works like it should. Yes, eBay could fix this and a few other seller bugs but they're too busy working on ways to take more of our money. Thanks for your help solving my issue!
