I like to print the packing slip and put it in package, seal the package, and then buy postage. Apparently eBay has made some change which requires you to buy postage then go back and print a packing slip. Very inconvenient as I have to go back to shipping room twice. (printing and computer in different area). What gives? Anybody else have this issue?

Also with this change, it is no longer a true packing list (with no value listed). Wish they would change it back.

Not sure exactly how they have changed it on dot com but my guess on ca they merged it with something that "works" for the new international shipping system.

I used to add my personal note, print out 2 copies and then turn 1 around and print my address label at the bottom. Now it is all in 1 but each PS is 2 pages because of the new format. You can use order receipt but then you are unable to add a note. It was definitely designed by someone who has never worked in a shipping department.

If you have a shipment to ship internationally by courier you need a packslip with all the pricing if you ship by courier. This was definitely not an improvement.

As a side any packslip I have used in the past has had ship from on left and ship to on the right. So this too is backwards and poorly designed.

I also noticed 2 disastrous "improvements".

1. I use special paper with decorative borders for my packing slips and I can no longer use the Custom Margin option to accommodate them.

2. I must use 300 dpi which used too much ink and takes too much time to print.

It seems that the people who redesign these things have no clue how they are used.

YES, I sent PLEASE HELP, PLEASE FIX THiS feedback to the "How are we doing" invitation....at least 4 tims. I was very clear that I am no longer able to access or print packing slips.

it used to be easy, and one step. Now it is so bad that on a couple items, I ended up paying for shipping labes 2x on several sold items, as my husband attempted to MANSPLAIN FIX IT for me and did some button pushing and toggling from window to window, looking for any possible way to link to, and print the packing slip.

Finally I gave up (I just found the double purchased USPS labels from the efforts of THAT day, May 03, and it is too late to void them, which come on EBAY how about you FIX THAT, TOO! ).....

Now I write down the Item Number and description in a GOOGLE DOC, as well as the Sellers name and address and my ship from address. I want people to recieve their items, even if the outer packagiing gets messed up ....I like includeing a packking slip because it might mean the difference between a package making it to the buyer or not

I RESENT having to make and print google docs, it alows for too much error to happen in getting the address and item number correctly recorded since it is not a simple copy-paste exercise

I wish I knew before I bought into a store subscription that this is a ride on a jalopy that is falling apart! Yikes!
