Same issue. Customer from UK wrote me and said, "When I try to checkout,

I shipped a package with the Global Shipping Program in January for $65.
In February, when I was enrolled in eIS, the same box with same items to
the same country was $130 to ship. In my experience, shipping fees are
more expensive.
