PURCHASE HISTORY and other drop-down menus not working

My Purchase History shows only the last 60 days.  It used to allow all of my purchase history.  I reported this issue to eBay, I even spoke to someone in technical support (I think).  Still, no purchase history beyond 60 days.  The drop-down menu does not drop down.  The other drop-down menus on this page also do not drop down.  I went through pages and pages of technical help, the guide says I should be able to see the last 3 years.  The worst issue is lack of respect.  Not even an email from eBay responding to this issue.  What is going on?

What browser are you using?

Try another, particularly if you are using Safari; many Safari users are experiencing problems since a recent update.

You might be able to view your purchases on your Summary page as well.

My Purchase History drop-down options have been locked since April 2nd. I contacted ebay in an email and by phone and told them I felt like my hands were tied. The person on the phone told me it was the first she was hearing of the issue, and would report it to technical support. It was finally fixed yesterday, but now it's locked again. My messages in ebay weren't showing up yesterday, and I contacted them about that. It seems the technical problems are becoming endless.

I have no problem seeing my messages and my Purchase History. The problem is likely on your computer. When pages don't display properly, try one or more of these: clearing your cache, closing and reopening your browser, use a different browser, reboot.

Because of this, I did not speak English, so I chatted with a technical consultant in English twice, but the result was the same.

1. The purchase history drop-down was possible only once through the ebay app.

2. I can see all purchase history normally on my pc.

3. Recent 20 purchases through the ebay app, I see only the items of , but if I set a search term with the 'find' button, it comes out, but it's too inconvenient.

4. I am using iphone 12 mini, using the latest ios and ebay app.

It seems like a problem that only happens with some accounts.
