Version no longer supported, update now

Anyone elses android app on a samsung tablet stop working, saying current version not supported and to update, but when clicking update it doesnt have any updates to actually load? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work 🤔 my phone app is still working fine and can go on full website on tablet, but app just wont work 😓

What version of Android are you using? And what version of the eBay app?

If you have at least Android version 6, you should be able to get the latest version of the eBay app. If you are unable to get the latest version, try following the steps here:

It means that your mobile device version is too old to run the current version of the app.  Well, may be it is not actually too old, but it was marked as such either by developer or the app store and is filtered out from the search.   If there's no OS update available for your device you are basically SOL.
