PICTURES NOT SHOWING ON INVENTORY RELISTINGS!

I have used the INVENTORY feature in Selling Manager to store fall/winter inventory, am now trying to relist this inventory for the upcoming season, listings are transferring just fine, but not GALLEY pictures. When I click on the listing they show up just fine, so I know they are somewhere, but do not show on my store page.

There are suggestions given, but they are not correct...there is no CREATE BUTTON as stated.

To suggest uploading new pictures is ridiculous, that is why I used INVENTORY in the 1st place. If I have to go back and take all new pictures...huge time waster!!

One time I briefly got a message that stated eBay was blocking the pop-up, which I suppose is what is happening...WHY?

Supposedly it has something to do with a Error Code 28, why should I have to call eBay everytime I want to use this INVENTORY feature to get my pictures to show? PLEASE FIX THIS MESS!

eBay lost most all of the photos for inventory templates back in May, shortly before losing thousands of photos on GTC listings.  The issues were never specifically acknowledged nor were they able to retrieve the photos. 

I have dozens of templates that are now useless until I can retake photos.

Adding injury to insult eBay has the balls to now announce a photo hosting service.

Thanks for your reply, I did not know this. The pictures are not showing when I look from my store view or search with exact title, but they are there when I view the actual listing, so they still have them SOMEWHERE, I've changed my pop-up blocker to a lower setting, hoping that would help, but it didn't. So Strange!

I use to have this same problem with Turbo Lister, so I discontinued that and went to the "Inventory" solution, thought it would be better, but leave it to eBay to mess up a good thing once again!

After this debacle I would NEVER TRUST eBay to host pictures!

I am having the same problem.  When I go to inventory to relist my items the pictures are showing a "blank polaroid picture" icon.  I called ebay this evening after an hour on the phone it was useless.  The rep was saying my pictures were too small.  I then asked why were they ok before I put them in inventory.  Of course he didn't have an answer.  I tried another browser, Chrome, cleared my history, allowed pop ups and still no luck.  I have 230 listings in my inventory.  Can someone please help?  Thank you :))))

Same issue with me too. It does seem to be all part of the bigger lost photos issue. It has nothing to do with their size. I had lots of excellent photos lost. I agree eBay can't be trusted to host all photos unless you also have them saved somewhere off eBay. I imagine eventually sellers will be required to host with eBay. By then we might as well just turn all of our inventory over to them because they will have control of everything else.
