Offers and Counter Offers not working now

As of this morning, the offer and counter offer system on my ebay store is broken.

I try and reply with counter offers and it just loops me back to reviewing the same offer, the submit button is not working or submitting counter offers.  Infinite broken loops.

I had problems responding to an offer today too.

After trying about 10 times it finally worked correctly.

I had trouble also..........  seemed to be relative to the amount I tried to enter for counter offer.  Item was at 39.95.....offered 10.10.........I tried to counter with 38.95.....it looped back as if I had made no counter offer, as you say.  If I got counter offer down to 35.95.......I could confirm.....  I declined the offer, as I really didn't want to applaud the offer that much.........lol.

It took several tries before we could counter. 

This started yesterday for us.

Same issue.  Infinite loop when trying to counter.  Started this morning 11/5/19.

Counter offers is working for me now...  Good luck and hope yours gets fixed soon.

It just automatically declined an offer when I was trying to counter.

Update: My mistake. Another buyer bought the item while I was countering the first. So the system auto declined.
